We will be performing maintenance on our hosted environment on Sunday, October 8th. As always, email, file sharing, and hosted desktop services will be available, but there is a chance that small issues may occur between 3am and noon EDT. Note that we have delayed this maintenance to the second Sunday for this month only.
Here's what to look out for:
• BlackBerry users may see a delay in sending and receiving emails for up to 15 minutes. Please bear with us and wait to see if your service returns before calling support.
• Hosted Desktop users may experience brief outages for line-of-business software applications or databases. Save your work frequently during this period to make sure you don't lose any work.
If you do need support during this maintenance period, our main line and technical support line will be open to receive any requests for emergency service.
